The old mine, opened in 1710, testifies the history of the hard labour of Men, composed of inventions considered almost magical, patiently converted into instrumental resources of an art that was both very tiresome and clever, carried out in the darkness of the galleries dug in the mountain in search of a bright, colourful, lively, mineral glow... gold.
Its guided tour allows to enjoy the naturalistic show of caves, burrows, tunnels dug in the most marked veins of the mountain, which reflects one of the most complex orogenic changes of the Alps
